Pro Bono Registration

It is the free, occasional, and voluntary provision of legal services conducted by Marques Associated Law Firm in favor of social institutions and the people they assist. All services follow OAB ethical standards and are performed by specialist lawyers from our team.

We request basic institution data, contact of the responsible person, bylaws or articles of association, current election minutes, and a brief description of projects justifying the request. These documents prove social purpose and legal regularity. For individuals, we request basic data proving financial situation, such as work card copy, pay stubs, court judgments, or process copies deemed essential for our analysis.

Non-profit associations, foundations, NGOs, and community collectives working in human rights, education, health, housing, social entrepreneurship, or fighting hunger. We also welcome beneficiaries formally referred by these institutions.

Once the complete form is received, our team performs socioeconomic screening and responds within five business days with service confirmation or additional guidance.

The program is completely free. We maintain limited availability to preserve service quality and prioritize cases with greater social impact. Situations with potential conflicts of interest are evaluated by legal management and, if necessary, referred to partner firms.
